Payment Methods
We accept the following: cash, check, debit or check cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Convenient financing plans available through Care Credit. Large parties may be subject to automatic gratuity.

Arrival and Late Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please note part or all of your scheduled service may have to be forfeited if you arrive late. We do not want to inconvience our other clients.

Cancellations/No Shows
24 hour notice is required if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. No show or failure of cancellation on services and/or spa packages will result in a $25.00 per service charge on credit cards. We require a 50% credit card guarantee on any multiple spa service, specialty or lengthy service.

Electronic Devices
Cell phones are prohibited in service areas.
